…in case you were wondering.

I have posted about my friend Brian Whitman before, but I was able to have lunch with him yesterday and so I decided to post about him again. And you can’t stop me.

Brian played guitar for Audio Adrenaline up until they finished touring, and was also one of the founding members of All Star United. He also has a solo CD out that I suggest everyone of you go here and buy as soon as you are done reading this.

Yesterday was an off day in Scottsdale, AZ, (just outside of Phoenix). We parked the busses at a place called FireSky Resort and had the entire day. Brian’s from Phoenix and called me the night before we drove into town and wanted to get together. After I started some laundry yesterday we went to lunch, before he needed to pick some friends up at the airport. It was cool to catch up with him and hear what he is up to. Hopefully he will be able to catch the show tonight.So right now… go here… buy Brian’s album, and then comment and tell me what you think.

In other news, our new friends The Myriad got a call this morning from MTV2 saying that they have been voted into one of the top six bands in the MTV2 Dew Circuit Breakout. What that means for them is, MTV is coming to the Seattle show next week, and filming their set and posting the video on their site to be voted for the top three. If they are entered in the top three they will be flown to New York to make a music video in Times Square. After that they become famous rock and roll superstars.

So while Brian’s CD is downloading, head over to that MTV site and vote for The Myriad so they can me famous rock and rollers on T.V.
